These Terms & Conditions apply to the “FREE Flight Ticket” promotional campaign. By participating, applicants agree to be bound by the following rules:

1. Eligibility Requirements

  • Target Group: Valid only for students applying for any country through Career Guidance Consultants for the September intake.

  • Process: Applicants must complete their full application process within the official campaign period.

  • Exclusivity: Only applications submitted and processed entirely through CG Consultants qualify for the offer.

2. Campaign Period

  • This offer is valid for a limited time only.

  • Applications must be submitted before the official September intake deadline.

  • Entries received after the deadline will be automatically disqualified.

3. Entry Criteria

  • Standard Entry: Each completed study abroad application counts as one (1) entry.

  • Bonus Entries: Applicants applying to multiple institutions through CG Consultants may receive additional entries (subject to consultancy discretion).

  • Documentation: Applications must include all required documentation and payment of any applicable service charges.

4. Winner Selection

  • Method: One (1) lucky winner will be selected via a random lucky draw.

  • Timeline: The draw will be conducted shortly after the intake application deadline.

  • Finality: The decision made by CG Consultants is final and binding in all matters.

5. Prize Details

  • The Prize: One (1) one-way economy class flight ticket to the student’s designated study destination.

  • Booking: The ticket will be arranged and booked directly by CG Consultants.

  • Restrictions:

    • Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Excluded Costs: The winner is responsible for visa fees, insurance, excess baggage, seat upgrades, and rescheduling charges.

6. Announcement & Claim Process

  • Notification: The winner will be contacted via phone or email.

  • Forfeiture: If the winner cannot be reached within the specified timeframe, CG Consultants reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  • Publicity: The winner may be required to provide consent for the promotional use of their name, photo, or testimonial.

7. General Conditions

  • Verification: CG Consultants reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries.

  • Modifications: CG Consultants reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
